Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
We believe healing begins with honesty, safety, and the courage to look within. Our team is made up of two dedicated mental health professionals who bring not only clinical expertise, but also lived experience that shapes the heart of our work. As hard-working individuals, we understand the weight of responsibility, the impact of conditioning, and what it feels like to move through environments that have not always felt safe. These experiences allow us to show up with deeper empathy, cultural awareness, and a real understanding of the strength it takes to heal while still showing up for life, family, and self.
What makes us special is not just our training, it’s our ability to connect with authenticity, hold space without judgment, and support clients with both compassion and clinical skill. We honor your lived experience, validate your emotional truth, and walk alongside you as you redefine patterns, build confidence, and reconnect with who you are becoming.
Here, you're not just receiving therapy, you're partnering with therapists who understand the journey, respect your story, and are committed to helping you heal, grow, and thrive.
