Substance Abuse

Substance Absue Groups (English & Spanish)

Substance abuse groups offer a supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction.  We provide social support, help reducing feelings of isolation and stigma, enhancing communication and interpersonal skills, and practicing recovery-oriented coping strategies with other group members. Through these interactions, we can find understanding, develop healthier relationships, and learn tools to navigate the challenges of recovery, ultimately fostering a sense of community and empowerment in their journey towards sobriety.
